Language 2: Swearing is generally permitted. However, the language cannot be used to severely abuse.
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Would it be a problem if I didn't use up all my points when making a character? Because I was planning him out last night and I only really want to use fifteen points. I looked through some other profile to see if anyone else did this and the (limited) few I looked at all used all their points.
I wouldn't have thought it would be a problem, but you never know - worth asking, I feel.

Also, I'm going to guess the answer's no but can I have half a point in a stat?
Because I want him to have above average endurance but I don't want him to be Olympian.
It's not a problem if that's impractical - it's not like I'm tight on points so can always just spend the point and RP him slightly weaker. I'm just curious.
