That Falling Sensation

Quest Information
A three pronged attack from the group known as, "Chrysalis" has been uncovered by the FBI. They are calling for the assistance of any Metas available. The fronts: the east coast electrical hub in Philadelphia, PA, an oil rig off the coast of Florida, and a drinking water plant in El Paso, TX. The nature of the attack is unknown and security has been heightened to FPCON-Delta in all areas.
You will be given the task to protect, prevent, or stop the attack on these locations. Be warned, the group involved is highly evolved and willing to give their lives in the name of the cause. Are you able to stop it?
Rewards
MEDIUM
A wand of unknown origin. It seems to be made from bone and has strange letters inscribed onto the side.
Miscellaneous
People with nature type abilities could have felt a calling to these locations. The origin of the call is unknown, but you can notice more wildlife activity and a strange tingling sensation on the earth or in the water that gets stronger the closer you get to the areas.
Though there are three fronts, I can let popular vote choose ONE of them to RP. Unless there are enough people (Minimum Three) to run each at the same time.
