Mad Jack’s Second Advancement

Item/Character Advancement Name: Become Fear part 1.
Item/Character Advancement Description: With the Phoboform ability, Jack will be able to shapeshift into a person's worst fear and gain the powers and abilities of said fear. In addition to this, Jack will be able to shapeshift into what he looked like before the botched summon.
Jack human face claim:
Item Power(s): Phoboform - Jack can become the very thing someone fears. Jack uses this ability in combination with his fear sense to tell exactly what someone fears. Jack will gain the powers and abilities of whatever he’s formed himself into - in addition to his normal powers. Jack also gains the ability to transform into himself, as that is his worst fear. Becoming powerless once more. (Permission Based)
Character Advancement Weakness(es): Laughter - If the person who is supposed to be afraid of Jack’s fear form can laugh at his fear form, genuinely laugh in its face, Jack will begin to lose overall power as well as the phoboform fading back into good old Jack O’Leary.
In addition, Jack will gain equal weaknesses relative to his new form and abilities, which will be discussed in private with those in the thread.
