Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

OPEN Team building

New York city, the city of heroes. Arrowman has only been here for two weeks but has already gotten into a lot of problems, meeting other heroes. Arrowman knew it was time, he knew he had to reform The Legends Of Los Santos. Arrowman sped down the streets of New York looking around the place, looking for heroes to recruit to the New legends of los santos. He had already found a place to set up a small base of operation, for the time being, he just needed a place and a good team, having more heroes together are better then one. Arrowman didn't want to replace his team, but he had to for the time being, so he could find them. They had to be here somewhere.
