Justice

"I fight for freedom... Did that sound good?"

The Bio

Real Name: Scott Quincy
Hero Name: Justice

Alignment: Neutral Good
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Race: Human [Caucasian]
Hair: Red
Eyes: Blue
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 135
Blood type: O+

The Looks

The Personality

Fearful and Feared: Scott wants to be feared when he steps onto the scene [the reason he's wearing the outfit he's wearing], but it's quite hard to do when you refuse to kill and you're pretty much a coward.

Coward: Scott is terrified of the situations being a hero puts him in, though he DOES gain a sense of adrenaline whilst in these situation, explaining why he is alive.

"Kill Virgin": Scott has never killed, because he thinks it is very wrong. Thus, Dire calls him a "Kill Virgin".

Optimistic: Scott always tries to find the good in any situation and always tries to respect people's views.

Respectful: Scott is very respectful to everyone in his civy life.

The Story

Scott was born on January 20th, 2002 in Los Angeles, California. He was an only child, and it showed. Whatever he wanted, he would have [within reason]. He was a spoiled brat for pretty much all of his life.
Then high school came.
His parents thought it to be good for Scott to go to public school, and they didn't give Scott a choice in this matter.
Although his clothing was considered cool, his act was not. He was the definition of a nerd. He was bullied for 7 months, until something snapped inside of him. He lashed out, going after the bullies with blind punches and kicks.
He connected with none of them, and he got sent home.
Upon getting home, he demanded he get some kind of trainer to teach him self-defense.
His parents, still spoiling him, paid an exuberant amount of money to get him one.
That trainer taught him how to fight, quite well actually.
He taught him various forms, including: Jiu Jitsu, Karate, S.C.A.R.S, Ninjitsu, and Bare-Knuckle boxing.
After learning these moves, he was prepared to fight the bullies should they bother him again.
The thing is, the bullies moved on to a younger kid that wouldn't even try to fight back.
Scott then learned he yearned to do good and help those who couldn't help themselves.
He went in bravely to stop them, but got scared off immediately.
He wasn't confident enough in his fighting abilities.

Later that week, he was watching a news clip of two heroes going at it with a villain. That's when he realized he should team up with someone to take down these bullies.
Or, why not do one better? Be a hero and team up with another one!
He begged his trainer to train him to be good enough to fight crime, but the trainer said no...
That is, until his pay increased ludicrously.
The trainer "perfected" Scott's fighting skills and his weapon skills.

After graduating high school, still the scrawny coward he was previously, he made a suit.
A superhero suit.
He tried his hardest to make it scary.
Now he just needed to find a hero to team up with.

The Demonic Dire was perched up on a gargoyle in a local bank, scanning the scene. An amateur bank robbery, they didn't even disarm the alarm. He was thinking of how easy this was going to be until...
"How the hell am I supposed to get down?" He asked himself.
He was about to teleport away, until he saw some kid dressed in some BDSM-looking uniform.
"Stop! I won't let you get away with this!" The kid had a bo staff on his waist, along with a pistol and some grenades it looked like.
Dire almost blew his cover with laughter.
The kid looked like one of the wannabe villains in his mercenary group.
Dire teleported down, with flaming katanas drawn, "Or, you can let ME handle you."
He ran in with his demonic speed and began cutting up a group of them, but a group also focused their attention on Scott.
He shot one with his stun gun [what he calls his dart gun] and snapped out his staff. He began smacking the thugs around with extreme speed and agility until they were all knocked out.
Dire sighed, "Look, kid. I appreciate the help, but you should hang it up. This gig isn't for you." He said as he gathered the money the crooks were stealing, pocketing a couple hundred.
"N-No can do sir..." He said shakily, seeing the bloody thieves all over the floor. "I'm here to stay... T-The world is gonna know the name: Justice."
"Wow, you're stupider than you look... The world doesn't WANT heroes anymore. So, bye."
"But... W-what if we partnered up? Like I could be your sidekick!"
Dire laughed, "No. Not a chance. Now get out of here before you end up like these chumps."
After saying that, Dire thought.
He hates it when he thinks.
He knew this kid wasn't going anywhere until he were either dead or seriously hurt.
He wasn't thinking of making him any better, but he was sure he'd be able to keep him alive.
"Wait." He said, turning to see he never left.
"If we partner up, we play by MY rules... And you had better have a day job because you are NOT just laying around my house, eating all my food. Deal?"
Scott didn't even listen to the stipulations, even though he met them. All he could say was, "Yes!"
And so, the most unlikely team-up was born.
The Priority

1. Agility
2. Reaction
3. Strength
4. Endurance

The Powers

Justice has no powers, though he is highly trained in many forms of martial arts, has extremely fast reflexes and can move very fast on a human base.
The Weaknesses

Mortal- Justice is completely mortal, and that seems to be a weakness in the SHRP universe.

His Mentor- His new mentor, The Demonic Dire, will probably put him in more dangerous situations than if he were on his own. Not to mention the fact that Justice will pretty much follow any order that is given by him.
The Items

Retractable Bo Staff- Justice carries a bo staff that can be retracted as to fit on his utility belt.

Stun Guns- Justice carries one singular pistol that shoot darts that put his target to sleep.

Smoke Grenades- The rest of Justice's utility belt is covered with smoke grenades. Just regular old smoke grenades.
The Minions

N/A
The Fluff

Scott will pretty much follow the orders of Dire, unless it involves killing, in which case he will refuse.

Scott does not kill criminals, no matter how big the crime.
