The Personality

Captain normally is a very calm person, he rarely enrages, but when he does it doesn't seem like much. A very reliable friend, and a terrible foe. He doesn't speak as much as he should but when he speaks he gives you the truth, regardless if it hurts or not. Very wise for his age, due to listening to his grandfather speak about different topics, like Politics, Life, Love, and even how much he hated modern music. Sometimes in random or inappropriate situations he would quote something his grandfather said before he passed away.
The Story

Captain was born a blind child, in to a family with both of his parents, like a normal child, But his parents split when he was around the age of 6, After the split up, he lived with his mom, Around the same time his mom realized her son was metahuman, she noticed the short bursts of speed, the amazing weapon proficiency, and his inhuman perception, being able to see despite his "blindness"
Throughout his teenage years his mom remarried a nice man, and along came a metahuman step-sister who eventually became his best friend and partner-in-crime. Life became hard when both parents were out of a job, Captain had no choice but to spend a majority of his time refining his abilities, training his abilities with various weapons, mastering about a dozen weapons in a year's span. He started committing petty crime and quickly dashing away for money to support his family, That is when he adopted the name Perfect Ace His sister soon after joined the cause, and they became metahumans who did what they wanted, when they wanted, but all for the good of the family.

The Powers

Body Flicker- A short burst of speed that moves so fast, it's almost like the body flickers, can be used to increase the speed of a swing, or the power of a kick, and defies gravity enough to double jump, wall run for a short period of time.
Third Eye- Captain has a "Third eye" so to speak, it is an invisible eye that allows him to 360 degrees, and track his movement during a body flicker.
Weapon Proficiency- The Ability to Master a weapon in a short span of time, This mastery allows Captain to be able to fight on par with masters, with decades of experience.
The Weaknesses

1. Body Flicker- Captain has trouble perceiving where he is during movement, The ability has cooldowns of 30 seconds, 1min, 5min, 10min, 30min, 24hrs, depending on the length of the speed boost. Body flicker causes extreme strain to the body in all instances, and too much use could easily result in death by way of heart attack.
2. Third Eye- Someone with any mind control or telekinetic powers could block the "Eye" and render Captain completely blind, only able to rely on basic human senses.
3. 360 Degree vision requires complete focus, so rational decision making is significantly handicapped while Captain is using the full power of his "third eye" If the focus is unintentionally broken Captain will be rendered blind for a short amount of time.
4. Weapon Proficiency is not very helpful in less than a month of training, less than a month would result in Captain mixing techniques, making him significantly less useful in combat.
5. His Blindness prevents him from seeing color, and distinguishing light from dark, and some facial features cannot be recognized, such as: Freckles, Scars, Hair Color, Skin Tone, Eye Color.
