The Looks

Ann is of persian descent, her deep piercing eyes usually covered by the bangs of her straight long black hair. Her full red lips have a scar that runs diagonally across it. She usually wears a white t shirt to cover the pelican and fish birthmarks on her arms. The black skirt she wears falls down to mid thigh

The Legacy

Personality: She’s usually a bright and sunny girl, willing to do dream interpratations. She has a real soft spots for children who have lost their parents. The only time a serious nature comes through is when she is chasing her quest, or if she is striking a deal with someone to help them get kids. When she makes a deal to make someone pregnant she has them sign a legal document that will have them under her employ until the child is born. She is not cruel to her employees, maybe a little demanding though. Hates tumblr and those who call themselves SJWs.

History: Anne was born the younger of a pair of twins, her sister Nina was born five minutes earlier. Growing up the two sisters were inseparable, never going more than a few hours apart at the most. It was around her highschool years that a switch seemed to flip in Anne’s head, becoming an absolute terror beating on anyone and everyone… except her sister. It was near the end of her senior year that her Uncle Keni arrived on the scene to take her to his farm for a summer.
The trip up to the small farm, was one of boredom and seething rage. It was up at the farm that her uncle revealed the truth of her family line, they have worshiped the gods of the river valley and she was the result of the generations her family had given to them. He had brought her up to the farm to seek enlightenment.

It was during the third night of her stay that she got into contact with Nanshe herself, the two discussed much that night. One of the things discussed was Nanshe’s hatred for the injustices of the world, and how she wished the fighting would just stop. Anne decided to take it upon herself to complete Nanshe’s wish.

The Powers and Weaknesses

(All characters can be as powerful as they want, as long as they are balanced with proper weaknesses.)
Powers

Power 1: Water manipulation; can manipulate water to do her bidding, she can create basic weapons like whips and clubs with the water, she can also make water pipes burst. While she can pull from things as big as the ocean it's only about the amount of about ten liters of water. (Note: it must be from an existing “body” of water, can not pull water from the air.)

Power 2: Communicate with fish; can talk with fish, this is mostly used for recon. She can't force them to do her bidding, but she can convince them to help her. For her to talk to the fish, she must be within five feet of the fish she wishes to talk to.

Power 3: Fertility; with the simple brush of her hand she can make sure a woman gets pregnant, or in the case of them already being pregnant can cause miscarriages. When invoking this power she must be in constant contact with the subject for at least a minute to make sure the effect takes hold.

Power 4: Dream walking; she can enter another’s dreams and speak with them, or show them visions of her own design. To achieve this she must be within 100 feet of the subject, and while this power is active she is prone on the ground and can not be moved or the power is terminated early. Permission based

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: She must always help people who are down on their luck, take orphans in and make sure they have a healthy home. Any widows she must give any money she has on hand to, any homeless she must help find homes.

Weakness 2: She’s asthmatic while she can be nimble on her feet she can’t keep the pace for long or she risks starting an attack.. When an attack comes on she must stop and find herself an inhaler.

Weakness 3: Her God can call her into a trance to speak to her at any point Nanshe wishes, if in the midst of battle she'll go prone. Anytime she feels helpless or weak Nanshe will pull her in to give a "pep" talk.

Weakness 4: The avatars drain, as she does contain the full power of a goddess in her it causes quite the strain on her mind causing headaches at times that can lead to black outs. It can be caused from overusing her powers, if this happens she is taken out of the battle.

-As the Avatar for the goddess of social justice she can’t die, it’ll take time but she’ll always come back.
-She’s usually not the fighter preferring to command her minions to do the fighting for her, though she will use the knife if she has to
-When she is talking in someone’s dream she’s usually in there to convince them she is showing them a terrible future and that she needs their help to prevent it

-She is based off the ancient Mesopotamian goddess Nanshe

Items/Minions
Minions are those husbands (regular humans) she has helped get pregnant, using her ability to take away what she has given enough to keep them in line. The wives themselves are simply asked to help out at the orphanage Ann works for, for their part of the contract.

Alright Zorua, I need you to go into some more detail on all of your powers and weaknesses like we discussed in the cbox. For example, "water manipulation" doesn't tell us much about what you can actually do. How much can she manipulate at one time? How far away from herself can she manipulate it? How fine is her control (can she only make rough forms or complex and detailed structures)? Does her ability only apply to liquid water or to steam and ice as well? These sorts of things and more help us get a very good idea of how your ability works and make things clear for us mods and the people you'll be RPing with. So please take some time to consider those kinds of questions for each of your abilities.

You will also need to add an additional weakness as right now I see only three. And on the topic of weaknesses I don't understand weakness 4. When does it apply? Right now it just seems like she gets headaches sometimes which isn't much of a weakness. It will either need to be more severe or easily brought on by something in order to work.

You also mention in one of her weaknesses that she's fast, but has ashtma? Her powers do not list her as fast.
