It was all a haze.

Lucius couldn't tell you exactly how it all happened. The Blood Tithe was gone, destroyed. It seemed almost too easy, like something was amiss, but no, yet again Lucius had killed his greatest adversary. He would have felt pride, a sense of victory, if it weren't for the fact Orpheus wasn't the only one to fall.

Red was numb. His mind didn't want to believe it, but even before Victus comfirmed the hard truth, Lucius knew. Just as the mark of being Unclean left him with Orpheus' death, a new form of the same torture arose. He couldn't breathe. He had to get to the body, but he found his feet simply wouldn't move for over twenty seconds. He stood, eyes deadlocked, staring into space.

"S-silus...... I did it buddy, w-we beat him....." Lucus said as he gazed into the site of Victus holding the boy. He finally took a few weak steps forward, desperately trying to make it to his friend, to see that enduring smile of his again. The broken man failed though. He collapsed like a ton of bricks

"Sir! Lucius! Are you alright!?" Captain Edward Victus said, gently laying Silus' body down before rushing to Lucius. Red was face first on the ground, weakly trying to move toward the downed boy.

"Return to your stations! Leave! Are you hurt, Prime Minister?" Victus said, commanding the Peacekeepers to leave before looking for wounds on his Leader.

"Of course not, Edward. I just, i just want to talk to my friend..... Help me? P-please?" Lucius said, tears passively flowing from his eyes in what seemed to be a never ending stream. His subconscious knew, but the man was in shock. He couldn't bring himself to believe that this happened again, after already losing so much.

Victus helped Lucius to Silus, extremely concerned for the man, but doing his duty as was his oath. Once Lucius finally got to the boy, he held him in his arms. The Captain backed off, but monitored closely.

"I love you, my boy. I love you......." Lucius said softly, rocking back and forth with Silus' head held tightly to his chest.

The thoughts coursing through Lucius' head were jammed, like two gears trying to move against each other. Every memory of the boy Red had washed through his head like a hurricane. His gentle rocking slowly sped up, until he was involuntarily shaking, violently.

"I-it's all over Silus. We can go meet your brothers and sister now. You'll love them too, i promise." Lucius said. His face was as white as a ghost, his vains purple with grief, and his eyes glazed with what one could only describe as complete despair.

It was at this moment that Lucas, coming downstairs after hearing Blood's words, and the commotion of the situation, walked in. He stopped dead in his tracks at the sight of it all, and his eyes flared up instantly.

What he saw was one if his only friends, dead in Lucius' arms, and Blood Tithe nothing more then a fried carcass. This was a man that had freed him from his pain, and had shown him the good that laid within his father, and now he was dead. And to top it all off, someone he really had a bond with was also dead. He couldn't bring himself to speak. He wiped his eyes with his sleeve, but it was no use. He started bawling his eyes out as he stormed out of the hall without a word.

Lucius knew he was leaving, but he let him go. He couldn't stop him if he wanted to, this was the final straw for his son. He confirmed to himself that his father really was a monster, destined to take all that he loved, even if he didn't try to. He was running away.

Maybe it was for the best.

Post by Silus February 24th 2017, 4:49 pm

"So I just need to tell everyone that I'm not dead." Silus said to himself as he looked about. Well obviously he wasn't dead. Immortal children never die. Not quite sure why he's immortal but he likes to pretend he is at any rate. Silus recalled what his father had once told him. A being isn't truly considered "Dead" until it's soul is traversed to another existential plain. Then, a person is considered truly dead; in the eyes of The Archon at any rate. So if an Archon or Rozmer didn't come to escort him and he still exists....this was just a tad bit problematic. That means something altered time...or existence itself so that he somehow died when he wasn't supposed to.

"Yeah, it's okay. I'll just leave this here and then My dad and uncle Roz and everyone can know. I'm not dead I'm just...here." The little one said as he waves his arms about, looking about the area for a moment. Now he was playing with the thought of how exactly it was that he died. Then he looked forward and blinked rapidly, seeming to be confused. He was left wondering who it was exactly he was talking to, and what in the Hell his essence is doing when it's out of his hand; and more importantly why Lucius was holding his body and crying!? Finally realizing that his physicality was rendered unstable and therefor unfit to sustain him. His eyes widened and realized that something was incredibly wrong with this situation. Orpheus hadn't seemed hostile at all to Silus, he wasn't expecting this. Even if he was...his body was self restorative. His mind wandered for a moment before he heard a small chuckle. His eyes widened as he looked forward, looking to the Camera in more than a few ways....

"Oh Sh-"

********************************************************************************************************************************************************************

Zell had been going about his usual day. His mind wandered off every so often. He kicked back in his cushioned chair. The green spheres swept over the office. This was his office, a place he knew all too well. He had nothing planned for the day, he just woke up and noticed that there was no one else around or about and wondered what better way there was to be alone than alone and at work? Zell wouldn't say this very often....but it was good to have a break from all of the Archon things. No existential threats meant that his family could take care of themselves for the most part, and all he had to do was cut genes and make money. His hands came back behind his head as his elbows raised, a slight crack in his back apparent as his jacket made a small little tearing noise. His eyes instantly closed and his lower lip rose as a fiercely irritated look took to his features. His suit was that of an imported Zegna and the fact it was torn bothered him incredibly. It was an expensive suit, although truthfully in that moment he was struck by a sudden realization.

Zell stood and walked out of his office, flashing a smirk and a nod to his secretary as he exited. She warmly greeted him and wished him a pleasant trip on his way out. She knew him too well. She was his father's secretary too...and the secretary to the man that he thought was his father. What a convoluted life he lead. But that was part of the problem. Life was so much more...difficult recently. He made a point to stop at a restroom, lock the door and wave his hand over the small blue light on the left side of the sink. As cold water began to automatically pour down, Zell placed his hands beneath. Cupping his hands he would soon bring them to his face, eyes shut tight against the freezing cold that kissed his face and began to sting with a refreshing albeit annoying tingle.

With a forceful exhale Zell was forced to look into the mirror, dropping his hands and watching the water bead and run down his skin. The skin was just that, skin. The muscle was of no consequence and his hair was the same as it always had been. Blonde turned black in some strange accident, a reminder of a sin he committed so long ago. But when he looked into his eyes he didn't see he man who made that sin. He didn't see the man who stood proud with his brothers in arms. He didn't see the reluctant king turned Archon. What he saw now was a cold, bitter man who seemed to go out of his way and look for something to be miserable about. Perhaps Rozmer was right in a few ways. But the more he tried to be himself he realized that he had already lost himself. His eyes closed and he let out a sigh, the resignation of defeat from his lips as he tried to remember his life so long ago.

Thorgron The Destroyer, Anaxii The Silver Wolf, Karav The Pirate King, Kyros the Master of Petty Thievery and Queen Elixe of the Arkine. Sadrith Mori the Soul of Vengeance, Akbal D'Irefear, The Oracle... Dante and Silus. There were people he missed every day. Even if he had them in other realities, he still missed them. They were his family and he missed them all dearly. But that was the cruel twist of fate, wasn't it? He looked in the mirror and he didn't see that man anymore. Zell was gone from him. It was a hallow name to him, empty and devoid of purpose or reason. In many ways he was the same as he was growing up in the Specters. He was nothing. He was no one. Truthfully he felt like Rozmer was, nothing. It was so incredible to witness the duality of his and Rozmer's stories and progression through these things. It was something he had never done as The Archon. He would have elaborated upon the thought, but his eyes began to glow and a searing pain began to scorch Zell in the middle of his abdomen, and a large flash of light emerged form within him.

The bathroom door opened and a bare arm came out, ragged and lazy feet frantically flopped to try and catch his balance. The sound of his skin slapping against the wall was distinct enough that Zell had to look up. His eyes glowed faintly as he looked around. People were looking at him, both in concern and horror as he limped forward, coughing. His secretary stepped out from behind her desk and pulled the top off of a small red bucket in the corner, a fire-hazard blanket was contained within. The woman quickly rushed it to Zell, but he only looked at her slightly confused. She cleared her throat and Zell looked down, finally realizing what had happened. Taking the towel and thanking the woman he turned to look behind him. The bathroom had been completely eradicated, every object within the room had been vaporized, the imprint of his body plastered against the wall in every direction, akin to the burned shadows of an atom bomb.

"I'm back..." He said quietly to himself a moment, wrapping the blanket over him to appropriately conceal anything he didn't want to end up seeing on the internet later in an article. S.T.A.R.K soldiers were instantly on the scene, many of them looking into the bathroom and questioning people nearby as to what happened. Zell looked around and closed his eyes, tears immediately falling as he could feel a heavy shift in the balance of his life. Silus' life force was one he had always been tethered to...and now he could feel it stretching, tearing almost. He had encountered this problem very seldom, the only other time he could think of it was when The Dark Archon obliterated Silus' body but his existential force remained. It wasn't a ghost, rather it was the fate of all "immortal beings" that had their body entirely destroyed or disintegrated You were essentially nothing but existential, with no influence or ability.

"Oh buddy...." He said as he walked forward. He hid himself behind the closed doors of his office and closed his eyes. He had a feeling he would need to meet Lucius again one day. But he never believed it would be on these conditions. The Archon sat behind the desk, a new form of clothing materializing on his very being as he began to write words down on a piece of paper. "Lucius Alba..." He said as he looked up from his paper. Silus' body was laying there upon the table, his lifeless little face pale and cold to the touch. Zell's eyes began to sting as he failed to be strong and he cried. Lucius would likely find himself within a chair across the table as Zell brought his hand over his son's cheek with his jaw clenched.

"Why didn't you listen to me?" He asked, wondering if Silus were around to hear the question. After the whispered question Zell brought his hand to his eyes and pulled at them slightly, brushing off the damn sorrow and clearing his throat. "He is not dead. He is not actually capable of dying in the traditional sense. He's simply been...ejected from his body but there's only a number of ways that this could happen. Lucius Alba... I need you to tell me... What happened to my son?"

One moment, Lucius was greaving over the body of one of his only friends, and in the next, he was gone. Victus could only scratch his head as he was left with a combat zone of a palace to clean up. He would of course search for Red, but he doubted he could help in this. Stuff like this was beyond him. He walked out of the throne room, prepared to take charge until the Prime Minister returned.

As for Lucius, he was sitting in a chair, his head hung low. Tears were still in his eyes, his face still flush. Even though this man, Zell Atterrius, the boy wonder of the business world, and the one that brought Lucius back from the dead, was saying Silus was alive, Red couldn't truly believe it.

"You....... Where were you?" Lucius said softly, not moving his head in the slightest. He didn't want to look at the boy's body again--he would just end up crying some more.

"....You want to know what happened? You want to know what happened to Silus? He......he.. Oh, God, i can't do this." Lucius said. He was feeling so much right now. Sadness, frustration, guilt, and a slight but familiar tinge of untapped rage. Lucius finally looked up at Archon, watery, bloodshot grey eyes fixed on the man.

"I let him get too close, and you let him get too far away........." Lucius said, rubbing his temples. He removed a flask from his robes, then took a long chug. After getting the temporarily relief of the alcohol, Red's speech leveled slightly.

"He was hit by a Republic Palace Defense Turret. Red Energy. It.......it likely obliterated whatever cells it made contact with instantly...... But.... But if what you say is true, that he is still alive, somewhere..... Can...... Can we get him back?" Lucius said, hitting the flask again. His eyes simply wouldn't make contact with Silus' body. You could tell he was actively avoiding it, but what you could also tell, was that this man was broken.

Lucius:

The screens and computers powered on, and the monitors displayed scenes from a much earlier time...

”Any closer bub and I might take this the wrong way.” A voice said as a hand shot up, gripping a familiar man's shirt before the short black hair flew forward and drove their pale skinned forehead into the bridge of Daniel's nose. The computers continued to loop the scene over and over again.

"Are we on the same page?" Zell asked, his eyes widened a moment, he hardly had time to wait for Lucius to respond before looking over his shoulder and then looking back. "time travel will have some consequences if we do this wrong. Now, reality is set so that Silus doesn't die in that encounter. He was supposed to talk down that monstrosity and it was supposed to leave. you would spare it and Silus would be happy and your son wouldn't run off to join Marvel Comics. Hector's transformation into Sven was not unseen, but something is telling me that there was a small distortion there. Not entirely sure if it's a distortion or a branch point...something's. Wrooong. Oh, sugar, uhm. Yeah; by the way, if you see a blonde haired guy with purple shades....Run. It won't save you but you might as well try." Zell said as he began to run a mental checklist. Did this meet all of the criteria that he and Rozmer set for the use of their powers? Did this truly require their interference? Well it was an existential anomaly, and it threatened to send this reality spiraling off into another one, as well as compromised the integrity of the barriers around this reality. Power could spiral out of control, the Inevitables would be entirely too attracted for them to do anything.

"20 grand says he makes a terrible joke, then asks for a lighter or some form of sweet, and THEN assumes this is me just abusing my power to save Silus." he would say to Lucius just before he extended his hand to seal the wager. Knowing Rozmer he would either start by arriving with a bad joke, or arrive in an a bit of a frantic shock because he felt an anomaly and then The archon reawakening in a world that he should technically have been cut off. True enough it may have all been "feigned" to help him adjust to the reality, but it was still a possibility.

Lucius stared into space, his eyes still damp with tears of grief. He was barely listening to Zell, off in another world it seemed. Even for a mind like his, this was too much to handle. He was a chessmaster at heart, but he didn't realize losing those he pushed around like his little pawns would hurt so much, not until it was too late.

He used people, he used even those he loved, and they died because of it. He was beginning to think he couldn't control himself. His manipulative tendencies seemed as unconscious as his drinking in this very moment. Had....... Had his own selfish determination been the root of the issue all along? Is that what killed them? Is that what killed her? Yes........ He had brought all of this about. He broke himself.

Zell's words were heard, possibly even understood, but they might as well have been spoken at a wall. Lucius looked like he belonged in a straight jacket, possibly not even understanding if where he was right now was real. After all, Archon had many powers.

He only snapped out of it when he was abruptly told to stand, having yet again changed locations. He was apparently in a lab now, but Red paid no mind to it. He used both arms to weakly pull himself to his feet, keeping steady on the chair.

The next three words Archon said boomed in Lucius' mind, piercing whatever wall of grief he had put up to ignore his surroundings. The first word, Restore, somehow flooded his body with a soothing calm. Yes, he still felt the grief, but he was almost instantly composed after the word was spoken. Comprehend, the next word,  allowed Lucius to realize that this shouldn't have happened. This wasn't like Isabella, the universe didn't want Silus dead. It was not all Red's doing. Finally, the last word, Forgive, allowed Lucius to remove some of the guilt of all this. He still understood he had done wrong in his life, but it was more like a fact to him in this moment, rather then something to crumble over. The weight was too much, and it seemed Archon managed to lessen the burden.
chess news

The fog in Lucius' eyes fadded, and he released where he was. No illusions, no dreams, reality. He was in Zell's armory, or lab, whichever he called it. Oh, the magnificent technology that surrounded him. It was enough to at least briefly fill Lucius' mind with something other then Silus--his curiosity. There was still so much about Zell's world that Red didn't know, but if he were to get the bastard that did this to Silus, and their reality, that needed to change.

"It is time travel, of course there could and probably will be consequences. It's something I'm not quite ok with for that reason, but in this case, if it really wasn't meant to be........" Lucius said finally, trailing off and raising his eyebrows at the screens in the room. Why was that playing? More importantly, how was it playing? He hadn't remembered any cameras........ In fact, that's not the only thing that was off about that moment

"Um, didn't he look different? A lot different? Could have sworn he had shorter hair, and a much different face........ He looks ethnic in that, almost like somebody i remember seeing on the internet.... Oh, what was his name? Bob....Bob something, I'll remember later." Red said, still sipping on his flask, though more out of habit then any desire to drown his sorrow. When the subject of the blonde man with purple shades came up, Lucius smirked. Seems these two were closer then he thought.

"What, Rozmer? Ha, he wouldn't hurt a fly. Unless that fly has a motorcycle helmet and tries to illegally cross international borders, that is....... I'll tell you later. Probably when i finally figure out what that guy's surname was." Lucius said, rubbing his chin. He still averted his gaze from lingering on Silus. He was composed right now, and if he could really change this, he needed to have his head in the game.

indestructible (Archon) Empty Re: indestructible (Archon)

Post by Rozmer March 18th 2017, 3:41 am

Rozmer bared his teeth as he stared down the wave of pitch black orbs inching their way towards their next meal. He hovered outside the barrier between the dying reality and The Void, fists clenched as more Rozmers appeared in tow with him and the wave bore down on their forming blockade. It was an Inevitable swarm, unlike any he'd ever seen. No matter how many times he'd seen these things, they still terrified him. Beings that could devour Archon energy, would swallow up realities in moments and possessed a bottomless hunger, few things struck more fear into his heart. And here he was, face to face with the largest mass of their kind he'd ever willingly encountered. It was not to stop them, no, there was no stopping them, but to guide them to their next meal. It went against every impulse he had , every instinct. These things were a threat to all of the Omniverse and yet here he was ensuring their next meal. At times the deal that he and the Archon had with the creatures was beneficial. A rogue or unstable reality could be sacrificed to the bottom feeders or a particularly hard to kill being could be their next meal but their hunger for the essence of reality never ended. They were always looking for the next meal, and in a situation like the one he was in now, might decide that the dying reality would not satisfy them and jump off to others nearby. So when there was not nuisance reality to feed them, they would have to resort to feeding nearly dead realities to the creatures, preserving whatever they could. It disgusted Rozmer.

You will honor our agreement the solid wall of Rozmer's bellowed as the Inevitables breached the boundary of the reality. Webs of luminescent color snaked their way through space as the being's mere presence began to rip at the fabric of reality. Ribbons of aurora trimmed matter tore away like a run in a garment giving way to bare Void beneath. But the mass of dark spheres stopped, even as the sound from Rozmer' voice was devoured into the ever consuming swarm. They understood him, Rozmer could feel it through their bizarre method of emphatic communication. There was contempt in them, so much that Rozmer could feel his selves nearly foaming at the mouth from the overwhelming emotion, but acceptance as well. The Inevitables had agreed...for now and begrudgingly Rozmer oversaw the consumption the universe. In little time at all, the dark creatures would make their way to the heart of the universe, consuming the last bits of matter as the Rozmer's witnessed the telltale flash of green light indicating the death of a reality. It too was consumed, the Inevitables seeming to vibrate, elated at the meal of Archon energy. With their task complete and their agreement met, Rozmer surrounded the mass of terrible creatures in the Void and watched as they slowly blinked away like a mass of pitch black bubbles popping one at a time. And when the last Inevitable vanished back to their home plane the Rozmers did the same, all but one returning to their home realities. The last would take his place among the other vagrant Rozmers in the Void.

Appearing back on Earth in the middle of tranquil forest clearing Rozmer bent forward and put his hands on his knees. He was breathing heavily despite not actually needing any oxygen. Stress and fear gripped his heart, along with the slowly fading emotions of the Inevitable swarm. His hands clenched into tight fists around his pant legs and a stream of hot tears fell from his face. This was what being Omniversal meant, making decisions no one could make and doing unspeakable things that he would never approve of, could never forgive. Trying to calm himself, Rozmer stood back up and quickly fumbled with his vest pocket to produce his lighter and a pack of cigarettes. Frustrated and upset he struggled to open the pack and remove a cigarette, eventually getting one and taking a few tries to get it lit. Deeply he inhaled, letting the smoke fill his non-existant lungs. Times like this, he really wished he could actually feel the effects of the nicotine in these things, figuring it would take the edge off of his shot nerves.

But that was when he did feel something like a faint itch inside his chest. Rozmer's eyebrow cocked at the sensation as he looked down to his chest, trying to pinpoint the sensation. Then in a burst he felt all of reality tremble beneath a very familiar energy. An Archon had just awoken. Normally this would not be a problem in and of itself, but this world was to be without an Archon. If Zell had reawakened to the Omniverse in a reality such as this ti could only mean that something catastrophic was happening. Instinctively Rozmer teleported to the source of the energy, finding himself face to face with Zell's all too familiar appearance. A strange video on a loop of someone headbutting another person played on a wall of screen behind him.

Hm yes, I can see why you reawakened as The Archon Rozmer started, an inquisitive tone in his voice as he crossed one arm over his chest and stroked his chin with the other that man's nose is clearly broken. Clearly only you with your ominpotence can fix it. There was a thick amount of sarcasm to this statement as he made a dig at Zell, a light hearted disposition being the only way he knew of to mask the guilt he still felt about his actions and the fear he felt as to why The Archon had actually awakened.

A voice behind him pulled Rozmer's attention away from Zell though. Turning to its source, he was certain he'd heard it before. As his eyes fell on the other man in the room, his thought was confirmed. Lucius it seemed was here as well along with...Rozmer's heart dropped as he saw it. Lying on a table in front of Lucius was Silus, what was left of Silus. Rozmer's jaw dropped open in disbelief, the cigarette falling haphazardly from his mouth. Silus... he started, the name catching painfully in his throat. Silus, buddy. C'mon don't do this. For the second time today Rozmer's eyes turned a bloodshot red and tears streamed down his face. He put a hand to the boy's chest, fruitlessly trying to feel a heartbeat from within his chest. Then his hands went to his cold shoulders, Rozmer attempting to shake him awake as though from a deep sleep. Don't you dare be dead you hear me!? Rozmer shouted at the corpse, becoming irrational. Silus' cold dead eyes seemed to stare at Rozmer, lacking all the joy and hope that made him who he was. His jaw clenched, a grief stricken whimper choking from between his teeth and his head feel to the boy's chest. Soft whimpers muffled into Silus' hoodie as Rozmer sobbed into it. You can't be dead, I know you can't be dead he cried. How could this happen? Why had he not been there? What had taken his friend from him? Painful and irrational thoughts zoomed through his head but only one mattered.

What the fuck happened!? Rozmer snapped, his head rising from Silus' chest and his fists slamming dents into the table on either side of Silus' body. His head swung back and forth between Lucius and Zell, his grief now boiled over into pained rage. Suddenly another Rozmer appeared directly in front of Lucius, his arm phased elbow deep into the man's body and a hand wrapped like a vice around his heart. Tell me this isn't your fault the second Rozmer asked as much as he threatened, malicious fury burning in his eyes. Clearly both Rozmer were gripped by the same unbearable pain as he struggled to wrap his head around the loss. He liked Lucius, he really did and he did not want to believe that he could be responsible for the death of Silus. But why else would he be here? The first Rozmer's unblinking, wounded gaze fell on Zell. What happened Zell? How could this happen to Silus?

"I-yeah. Ignore that. His appearance changes....often. The Existential fabrics seem to be indecisive of m-him. Why did I almost say me? Bleh" Zell said as he spat his tongue out a little and shook his head before looking back to the screen, noting that Rozmer had arrived in a rather hurried panic. Red had made comments of having seen pictures of Sean on the internet, though seeing him under a different name. Zell began to scour throughout his mind, almost immediately finding the new identity-twin. The fact that Lucius was aware of the identity was something that was staggering, although he began to wonder if that was going to be a problem.

"You're perfectly aware that I rarely control the awakening. I know your memory is nonexistent but let's try to keep our eye on the problem." Zell said, the humor was reflected back despite Zell saying it to Rozmer with dead and slightly bloodshot eyes, motioning towards Lucius as he spoke about Rozmer. Rozmer seemed to know Lucius, even likely enjoying him to an extent and it sounded like they had a wonderful adventure. That's good, maybe he should bring Lucius around more often, spare him some of the strange adventures they would have.

Rozmer was allowed to have his moment, the same moment they all had. Zell refused to let this show beyond bloodshot eyes. He just continued to chant the same mantra in his head. This reality was not truly reality yet. It still hasn't happened. It's unwritten. Rozmer was certainly playing the part well. Zell had always tried to believe that Rozmer had feelings, that Rozmer was still the same gentle soul he might have been once. But the pain of logic screamed to the contrary. If it was nothing more than a falsity then it was more than appreciated. If Zell was wrong... he was eternally grateful to whatever it was that created them both. Rozmer had lost quite literally everything else. Rozmer was the only one that had lost more than The Man who had become all had lost. His heart broke for Rozmer and in this moment he was reminded of how selfish he was, to have something that he cherished with him always. Well, in a rather platonic sense he would say that he was more than blessed. Rozmer made two.

**** Menawhile****

"Wow Daddy, say what you really mean." Silus said in response to Zell catching himself. Rozmer had arrived and Silus smiled widely, a sense of happiness stirring inside him before suddenly turning into dark storm clouds.

Rozmer began to cry as he pounded on the table.
Silus, buddy. C'mon don't do this. Silus watched as his body sort of jiggled. He cringed, if his existential essence could do that. He wasn't dead his body just stopped working. It was very akin to being a ghost. Not that any of them really knew that.  Silus looked to Rozmer with stone cold eyes and a small frown as he crossed his arms and stared, eyes piercing the nonexistent soul. Don't you dare be dead you hear me!?

"I still haven't forgiven you." Silus said, pouting a little as he seemed to give a "hmph" and he seemed to glare at Rozmer. He seemed to forget that Rozmer couldn't actually see him, or sense him because when Rozmer turned he seemed to be looking right at him and he called out.

"What the fuck happened!?" Rozmer snapped out, the aggression being matched by Silus as he yelled back at his uncle.

"You stole my Starbursts!" He yelled back before pulling out a blue Jolly Rancher and throwing it at Rozmer, a very serious look on the little guy's face before he threw. The throw wasn't intended to hurt Rozmer, couldn't hurt him if he tried even, but more as a symbol or a display of contest upon the hoards of candy that Rozmer was no doubt stealing from him in his mind.  Silus noticed a change of expression in Zell's face as he turned to look straight at Rozmer, looking at his midriff, where the candy would have...maybe made contact. Silus really wasn't sure with how Rozmer operated. He hit tables but buses passed through him.

"That can't be you..." Zell said, his eyes shifting around before looking to Lucius. "Oh god. Ooooh god!" He said as he walked over to Lucius. He continued to chant "Oh God" only about a thousand times, a characteristic of when he felt there was a crisis on their hands.

"Rozmer, I need you to take Lucius back to the past. I'm going to release a small Beacon around Samhain. This was after the events when Samhain had taken Lucas' powers and attempted to save himself. Rozmer, the Red energy has no effect when it's used either way. Go to the hammer space, hijack the Red energy and give our friend a kick start. Can you do that?"

"Wait... so you're all friends? Awe sweet! This is so cool! I thought for sure that you guys were all gonna haaaa-why is my hand like that?" Silus asked, becoming distracted the moment he saw his deformed hand while jumping around in his excited rush. His hand seemed to be elongated and emaciated, flat and ribbon like as it seemed to fade away into a purple grey mist.

Even considering the fact Lucius had seen Rozmer in action, he was surprised by his sudden appearance. Even more surprising was the fact he managed to say a couple sentences before even noticing Silus. When he did though, Lucius immediately mentally recanted his previous statement. Rozmer would most definitely hurt a fly. He had Lucius' heart in his grasp, after all.

Red stared at Rozmer, eyebrows furrowed. His gaze almost asked the existential being to do it. He wasn't even remotely scared, anyone could see that.

"I have recently been enlightened. It turns out it wasn't my fault; if i still believed it was, i would beg you to kill me." Lucius said, taking a few slow steps backward. The point was to get the hand off his beating heart, but of course Rozmer could easily do it again if he wanted. Red was simply lowering tensions with his little sidestep.

"As for how it happened, that's over my head. All i know is that i just lost practically everything, and if it wasn't meant to be, i intend to change it." Lucius said firmly. That's when Archon explained that they would be going back to the events of his second encounter with The Blood Tithe, where he had been at the monster's mercy. It seemed Samhain wouldn't be benefiting from Lucas' powers after all.

"This better not get Lucas hurt........" Lucius said as he prepared to apparantly time travel for the second time. He wouldn't be going to the past under regular circumstances, as it was against his philosophy, but if these things happened artificially, there was no reason not to fix them.
